Dislikes

Lack of support from management and working hours is more than 8 hours and salary hike is not in culture and increased those who are getting high salary not for those who are working hard day and night

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. And also there is no risk of job loosing.

The job is quite interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning but teammates and higher-ups supported a lot in those situations. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
