The working environment here in Kaya Blenders and Distillers is really fabulous, which I have experienced long back with a general insurance company. I am glad to work here and also I am lucky to get a Team and Management so helpful.

Utter nonsense and unethical environment .no hr support or policy .salary is a big concern and always comes late .sometime they don't even pay even single rupee to employee .there is no one who listen your concern or problem .pls do not join the organisation .you ll regret later

Excellent infrastructure and environment. Overall organization culture is pleasing and the team is very supportive. Company policies are well framed and complied. Management is very supportive and employee friendly. It is really great working here.

I am managing multiple roles here at Kaya namely Operations, Coordination and HR as well. The entire support to the teams and coordination to CMD is executed by myself. Handling the Operations, Admin and other works at Kaya as well.
