Its job security, and canteen. Go for this company if you're a beginner.(they dont need experiend and very skill people which is their need at less cost)

No growth in skills and personality professionally,if you are skilled then this is waste of your talent. If your're beginner only then join. Salary is also below avg. They do extreme cost cutting on their man power eg like deduction of 15% of salary if your're late by 1 min of 10: 15 which gives stress daily to reach on time even ifyou re disciplined. Very conservative mind people here. Uniform is compulsary even on saturdays. More men oriented industry. HR team also very unorganised on juinor level, They won't explain any formalities regarding policies and company rules and all....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
