There is a lot of politics and yhe management is worst and doesn't address our issues. There is no particular job to be done. You have to work in all department even in washing and peon too. Beside all this if you have any prblm the new GM says if you can do work then do it or else leave it.

I had great leader to guide me but not every department had the same. Comparatively better pay scale than other dealers.

Dislikes

Growth isn't structured depends alot on particular manager may take decade for next promotion. Managers aren't highly skilled from management perspective. Less customer centric approach.

Company is paying good salary compared to other dealership. Also incentives schemes are good.

Company demanding almost 1.5 times your salary also want you to work other's jobs to multiple times a month. Incentives schemes parameters are pretty high to achieve.
