1) Do not submit any of your original documents at any cost to the school. 2) Leaving the school will not be an easy task. Hundreds of terms and conditions along with hefty fines for leaving mid-sessions and with holding experience certificate and original documents. 3) Working on Saturday/Sunday. 4) No work-life balance. You willnever be able to have family time while working here. 5) Stressful, biased and political atmosphere. 6) Mandatory to speak in English, but students wont understand English. 7) Strictly formal wear (tie and blazer are compulsory, feels like typical colonial slavery mindset). 8) Do not fall for the beautiful campus (life inside is miserable). 9) New teachers will be given classes which are lagging behind and have below average students. 10) Teachers will not be consulted before getting the classes. 11) Section heads and HODs will play politics to get CAMBRIDGE sections (minimum workload, less number of students), while new teachers will be given CBSE classes (more students, below average, lagging classes, more workload). 12) Your qualifications do not matter here. 1) Management is substandard. (DHOS, HR, Section Heads) 2) No fixed schedule even for a week (Imagine the pathetic state, where you do not know the activities and time table for the following week). 3) Difficult for the body and mind to adapt to such a place where there are no fixed schedules and timings for anything. 4) Workload will be unrealistic (more than 40 classes per week). 5) Before joining make sure about the classes and the workload. 6) You will be asked to clear the backlog of previous teachers who left the school unexpectedly because of the poor and miserable management. 7) Highly biased and political atmosphere. 8) Make useless lesson planners everyday and get them approved from useless people. 9) Salary is below market standards. 10) You are not allowed to take holidays on Saturdays/Mondays. 11) No one is allowed to fall sick/die/meet an accident (including your family members) on Saturdays/Mondays. If you are a fresher/experienced teacher looking for working at Kaisga, then these reviews will be very helpful : 1) The best thing about Kasiga is that it keeps hiring new employees every 2-3 months, keeping the school environment fresh, because the retention rate is very poor. 2) Open up the Linkedin page of Kasiga HR and look at the posts carefully. You can find posts for hiring teachers every now and then, because they cannot hold good employees for long. 3) Before joining Kasiga, get connected with the previous teachers via LinkedIn, who left from here during last 2 years and it will help you to understand the pathetic state of this school. 4) First advice do not join this place as it is just a business model to please students and parents and has no respect for teachers. 5) One more interesting thing about the school is that, it offers you endless working at substandard payscale. You will be working on weekdays, weekends and also on Sundays. 6) Moreover the school will trick you in the disguise of Summer/Winter Breaks. These breaks are supposed to be holidays but DHOS will keep mailing during these breaks and her chamchas will keep working in accordance to her mails. 1) Current DHOS, HR and their chamchas if removed can lead to the betterment of the overall atmosphere of the school. 2) Food will be a challenge at this place, because they will feed you junk throughout and expect you to be fit and healthy. 3) Too much politics and dirt in the allocation of workload, number of classes, sections and class allocation. You have to be a pro to win this game. 4) Do not count on DHOS for anything. Attrition rate is very high. Within a year 80% faculty either leave the school or they run away without information. HR does not know the H of human resource and C of compliances. Most of the time, she is in leave and deceives management by pretending to work from home. Head of middle section is a big curse for the school. Quality of students is worst, with many found in possession of drugs. additionally, a female staff member was caught supplying drugs and aubsequently fired from the school. In the past 11 years of the history of school, they had 10 principals. No stability. The current principal is no good. The last principal reduced the students strength to half, and the new one is trying to reduce the staff strength to half. And how is he doing this, by staff harassment, make them resign or abscond. Out of all the people I have seen going in last 8 years, none of them want to even enter the campus again. Their clearances were done after months and a lot of begging by the staff. So, people have resorted to leave over night. The school does not stick to their words, they say something, and do otherwise. The HR is also of no help. Serious recommendation - Do NOT join. Everything, if you are boot licker join this place. You will definetily grow. The present CIE coordinator was a flatterer of the previous Head, she got selected and more deserving ones were not. She had so much control over the head that she got her own boot licker selected as the head boy of the school a totally undeserving candidate. She actually can't manage the job. Most of the times she would ask her collegues for help. She even asks the students to do her official job related to IT. The other one the middle school head is the biggest faltterer. She has to poke her nose in everybody elses business. She calls herself a SEN specialist but she does everything other than SEN. The worst part is the Principal himself. He has ruined the school completely. No work life balance. No salary hikes. Only school coming time is strict but the dispersal time keeps on changing....Read More

It is a risk joining this school in terms of every aspect. The school looks like a heaven but be careful what looks good may not be actually good. Harmful organisation for teachers and students.

Be careful about tax deduction. Regularly check your 26 AS Tax Credit Statement and take a note how much tax they deducted and how much they actually paid to you IT. Calculation error in salary slip is a monthly error. Be Careful about your career and think twice to take your family there on the basis of a job at kasiga
