Free transport for employees within the state.

Dislikes

Less salary. Not the place for sincere,hardworkers. Harassment in the workplace by the higher authorities. Work life imbalance. No overtime allowance for supervisors but they have to work overtime. Amount of Medical reimbursement is too low,better not to claim it.

I have retired from Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation and I can say from the bottom of my heart that it is a Pioneer as far as Public Transportation goes. It is miles ahead of any other State Transport Undertaking in our Country. It has won innumerable awards both National and International for its excellent track record.
