I was very happy to join Kare Partner Heart Care Centre. but when i started to see the indoor patient in CCU, there was no proper sanitization , no PPT kit, in the centre. The cardiac centre doesn't gives the proper safety guards during see the patient. It was unsatisfactory experience in the period of COVID-19. Work experience is so bad in the centre. There was no job security in it. Ongoing job you got a email from HR in the night your services is not required from tomorrow. A couple of staff in this organisation were stuck off there jobs within seconds, even they all are ready to do job with half salary but HR people don't understand the value of there team who gives lakhs of Rs weekly before COVID-19. There is no compensation benefits, they gives the salary to their employee after 30 days sometimes after 40 days for exp. march salary you got 30th of April that was part payment not full and balance part payment after 10 days, means total salary after 40 days. There was no job security so we can't talk about career growth in this organisation. Rest in the last we talk about company culture, there was no concern person in the company with the unit seriously. No one is come to hear the problem which we are facing in daily routine, even when we call to head office person to tell our problem they didn't receive our call and leave us to struggle with the problem alone so how we continue with that organisation.
