Director mam is very nice and sweet. She understand ur problem. Senior teacher help u a lot and they support u in every condition .

Dislikes

They should think about the staff members whom they kept on rest during covid time . They should think alternative work for them which they can do from there home.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
