Very bad environment and culture. Company policys are bad. Salary depend on client billing if not bill is clear then you wait Four months for salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is hold if you on leave even leave is approved by pm and site hr.

This company got progress day to day.that management is average because work without system and which can not balance with staff so I think management is very poor . Head management don't control such type of matter.
