Very poor work culture. Zero respect to their own employees. They fool their Clients. They deduct upto 50% salary, if you don't meet your monthly Target. Too much partiality with providing leads. They had no HR since the consultancy was started. Admin people plays the role of HR & they listen to the Management only. Never join this company, if you are looking for your career in Sales.

I think only 1 things are good at Kansas Overseas 1. salary will get credited on time and apart from this Every Manager to HR will treat you like a work slave and others will keep you work under pressure. No salary increament after 2 years. Need to resign the job due to no lack of job security one they target you . You will get terminated without any proper reason. Remember sir at home but don't join this company. They send legal notices to small employees, which they have been worked.
