The work life balance is good. However, too much intervention of management and poor compensation with extra work load makes the job poor.

Dislikes

There are certain things that need to be changed. Autocratic behaviour by senior management and VIP culture in Deans and Directors is a negative point. There is a lot of harassment. Also, they ask you to promote their Facebook posts otherwise they will deduct your salary. Such type behaviour is not at all professional and acceptable.

Absolutely nothing. Terrible working environment. No employee retaining policies to ensure they don't get mentally harassed by their HODs. Seniors will ask you to even do anything not even related to your work profile.

Absolutely everything. No work culture. No need is felt to hear out an employee who has been mentally and emotionally targetted by the seniors.
