"Productive, Relaxed and a Great Place to Work" When I joined the Kanpur Institute of Technology, Department of Applied Science and Humanities, I knew that I'm joining an excellent community and workplace. I have been working with this department for over six months. And let me tell you that the work culture and work environment is brilliant. The typical day starts with teaching and enhancing the knowledge of young students. That's the basic role of a professor which I adhere to. Here I have learned so much from the management and colleagues as well as every day is quite a learning experience. The hardest part of the job is to manage the teaching schedule as there are quite a lot of sections and student count is pretty high. So that's a task. Absolutely nothing. Terrible working environment. No employee retaining policies to ensure they don't get mentally harassed by their HODs. Seniors will ask you to even do anything not even related to your work profile.

Absolutely everything. No work culture. No need is felt to hear out an employee who has been mentally and emotionally targetted by the seniors.
