The Owners of the company are quite friendly and also think from employee perspective. You can get a work- life balance in this company. All the festivals are celebrated in the company. It is seem that our training requirements are fulfilled for our job profile.

Dislikes

There is always the fear of you getting fired immediately by director operations without any notice if he seems to be not satisfied with your work. They don't give you a notice period which is very unprofessional.

Work Details

Hectic ...Since all the sites are under construction at the same time. Most of the departments seem to be under staffed.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
