There is lot that we can learn and develop our skills. The management and staff are very good. Politics among the internal staff is very high.

Dislikes

Job security is not there and the way the management send off the staff is not good and fair enough. Work life is very high it's like 24/7 type. Salary is delayed almost all the time.

Compare to other jobs it was worthy to know hospital services and experienced in tackling mob attacks and emergencies. Work culture at Kamineni was very good with friendly atmosphere. Company policies were also good with strict rules and regulations being a medical college. Good accommodation was provided with facilities to stay with family.

Dislikes

Dislike to be frank is salaries were not paid in time and some months together.

I enjoyed working with Kamineni and learnt a lot with in no time . Yeh it was difficult to handle students earlier but later could manage them too
