Their salary structure is horrible. Worst hr department service. They didn't pay salary on time. Work load is more. In duty roaster changes in the end of the month sometimes they cut your salary. And i don't like one thing there Basically I worked in the pharmacy department in night duty they appoint only one member for Whole night in Op and ip pharmacy and ip pharmacy person should also handle operation theatre pharmacy as well as ip pharmacy alone in night. They Should change this rule atleast 2 members they should appoint in each pharmacy. I didn't seen like this in night duty in any other Big hospital like kamineni....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
