I joined the company on an agreement for three years (normally people do a two year time period, i did three) and I also extended it by two years more. at the time of joining there were a lot of personal challenges also in my life but with the security of job I could fight all challenges and move on. I have learnt a lot from KCE andfrom Rishabh sir. even with his scolding he is always teaching. I gain confidance, learn to do client meetings etc and i grew within the company from trainee to becoming Team Lead, which i could not imagine earlier. i owe my professional growth to this company. my good relations with the seniors, management and coworkers will continue for long. i have recommended to others also....Read More

* Sometime projects come on urgent basis so your presence on Sunday can be to finish it.( But you will be given extra working hours). *As it is green engineering field so new tasks will be added time to time to finish these at time some time needs patience & intellectually.( It is your patience test with accurate outcome and in my view this not big issue) *As it is service industry so finishing your project should be your own responsibility & As the project submits, company has no issue to give perk. ( In my view it is not an issue because these are the same projects as already done)...Read More
