In kalyani forge work environment is good and it's very good for learning all the process from R & D to final production with Quality products..specially now I'm just focused on learning a more knowledge about machining and Quality..Teammates are very free minded they always ready to teaching or helping for new comers.

Dislikes

Work pressure is high..and growth is slow..sometimes i have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
