They didn't even care about their employees and will announce their decision like a dictator. *Top management didn't even know and realize the ground reality how some of the higher management are treating their employees. They often harass you openly in joint meeting in-front of your juniors and whole team and would say words like "jisko jana h jhola uthakr chale jaye mujhe koi fark nhi padta". Who want to work under such management!!!! *Mentioned above are reasons why Kalpataru facing very high rate of iterations. Old and valuable employees are continuously resigning from their positions. *Very poor appraisal and promotions are like myth.
