The company head has no technical knowledge. he evaluates your task based on UI / Frontend not as per backend. Now team members are those professionals who don't know how to join SQL queries. They Try to join two columns of two different tables with different data types using normal join /Natural join. There is no indexing / No FOREIGN KEY concept is implemented. when you try to login into their system it always buffering.
