Never Kader export is a good company All is trash ..main owner are good and mumbai export gm ,vizag manager,hr too worst..they will not allow to talk with them..

Management is bad very strict they only support big posted staff, no respect for elder ones from younger ones, staffs back bite Gossipings complaining to HR if we are right also, they will scold us the sincere staffs.HR will never support us one side they will support. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
