main brand to support orchids international school not sure how they teach where they cant teach their employees, especially HR and IT is best just earning salary without working imagine. Hire and fire worst work culture unprofessional leadership no place to sit also worst canteen still many so think bfr you join

Its a very good company. been working in Orchids school has a counselor from past one year. very good company k12 is. if you are working in the school you will be having very good security, unless and until staff goes maids will always be with us. safety wise its very good. work culture is also excellent, little bit of pressure willbe there but you can handle it very easy. when it comes to salary on time the salary will be given. you have very good carrier in orchids. you can easily join here....Read More

- The upper management has an extremely toxic culture. - If you want to become a leader or have a leader who filters that toxicity and helps their team grow in the right direction, rest assured, you or your leader will be moved to a different process or fired. - Every 4 to 5 months, the management contradicts its own set policies. Pushing attrition to its highest limits. - Hiring and firing is common practice. - Let alone incentives, even disbursement of salary is not always a transparent process. - There are no offs. I guess everything, from the culture of hire & fire, increment of 4-5%, unfair work environment and stupidity of the top management. If a person really doesn't respect themseleves or feel they can't get another job, they should join K12.

Nothing to like in this company fully fraud . They hire me on the admission session April to june after that my manager said that there is no vacancy for the profile and you have to give the resign.... I mail many time to higher department but I didn't get any response from her side..
