Kolkata management is extremely biased. Moumita Chowdhury doesn't know the basics of corporate work and make others dance as per her wish. Above her sits Aravind who doesn't know shot about work culture and asks people to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech.
