As a soft skills trainer, HR Faculty and MMS Coordinator, I have the freedom to be flexible with my pedagogy because of the support of the Principal and management. The students have benefited from this movement as they now have a more adaptable, learner-friendly, and interesting environment.

Dislikes

There's nothing to dislike in the institute. The outcome being the students progress, the institute does all that it can to improve the progress and performance of the students.

i like my kc college computer Department staff ( Few Faculties , Professor ) and the EXTC Dept Prof. Yogesh k. sir is my inspiration

Not Compensation growth is Slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, i have to work hours straight in a day as i have to attend other works in the whole day late into the night manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times. also there is no-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by step which is a pain sometimes...Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2.
