There is no trust of any person in the company. There is no HR commitment. The policy which is written in the appointment letter is also not accepted by the Human Resource Department. There is no policy in the company. There is no job security. After a project, the company fires the employees without any notice.

Good Colleagues in inter / intra departments, co-operative and mutual understanding amongst the staffs.

Bad pay-masters, Salaries delayed by 3 - 5 months for staffs and around 8-10 months for consultants, No Increments in last 3-4 year, Management wants perfect & complete work, strict regular timings of start - end of day can be late for work; but no reply on regular employee salaries, New employee paid nicely for first 6 months.
