Jyoti Electronics is an excellent place to work in. I started at a basic role and, during my tenure, acquired new skills and moved to the position of senior application engineer. The bosses value talent and give promotions promptly to deserving candidates. Salary payments and appraisals are prompt and timely. No dislikes as such. People who like too many holidays, may find holidays are a little less. But, in case of genuine need, leaves are given easily.

There was nothing to like in the company.

Dislikes

Doesn't pay their employees on time and will pay 50% salary only saying that we haven't worked. And it's the same for every employee even it is their first month in the company. No training is given and if training is given then salary will be deducted from trainer and trainee both.
