It is an retail automobile industry. Here we learned about all purchases and sales entry regarding vehicle and spare parts including labour cost with gst charges, except all of them we can learn about TDS and TCS than other statutory work like ESI, EPF and professional tax and many kind of journal entries.

Seriously joyte motors called as a betel shop. 1st of all this is not called a company it's a shop. There is not such a office structure or not a healthy atomsphere ,not any systematic process to work. And the very serious thing that he appointed people bt not giving the proper instrument to work. Such as: appoint a cashier bt there is no computer, no money counting machine. He will do the all work through manually. I will strongly advice all the people who r interested to work with him ...plz don't waist ur time, there is u don't learn anything . If I told about the salary structure ..it gives the lowest salary to his employee. If I talk timing ..it has no timing as I told above its a Shop. So if u think that u join this nd get a better career bt u relize wrong after u joining. In my experience in this company ..plz check properly ,if u satisfied then join otherwise don't join. In my offer letter I was appointed as Accountant bt they give the role as Cashier. In my branch day to day cash,bank,cheque receipt. Daliy go to bank for deposit cash, cheque by scooty. Do all the work through manually, bcz there is no system to work.
