1. There is no fixed protocol for any thing . No SOP 2. You are assessed on basis of how big CHMCHA you are than your qualifications and skills 3. So called HODs are not capable enough to handle different challenges or motivate staff . They are working like government employees who come only for salary and not to contribute anything to organisations 4. The owner Mr Thakkar himself is kept in dark about things going on in jupiter and he himself doesn’t know about what protocol hospital is following or what management is doing with his hospital . He never takes feedback from ground level workers doctors or nursing staffs and top management plays with him denoting SAB KHAIRIYAT HE 5. There is no conordination network different departments and it creates lot of time wastage and money wastage for patients few HODs like ICU and radiology are sitting here like nobody can ditch them and working departments like autonomous institutions 6 duty timings are cumbersome 7 nobody teaches you anything here and you will not learn anything here as a fresher JUPITER HOSPITAL PUNE...Read More
