Not safe for females and non marathi employees. Senior managers openly flirt with female employees. Non marathi employees are threatened to learn and speak in marathi as soon as they join. 2 years bond need to be signed and security cheque of 3 month's salary has to be given HR encourages female new joiners to get close to male repo rting managers. Those who deny doing this are denied appraisal and ultimately humiliated and removed from job. 6 working days, minimum 10-12 working hours daily.
