I have rated company as 5***** because i have got all these things here.

I like everything about the company and people whether its Sir, Ma'am , My reporting sir, HR Ma'am everyone is very much cooperative and help ful. I have read somewhere that its employees or people who make the company or develop the enviornment not the one who owns it, he has trusted us and hired us to build our career and most importantly our homes so why would i dislike anything abouit it.

The best part about this company is their business idea.

The main problem is the management. The management including the owners have trust issues. This is the case they are not able to retain more suitable employees for the company. If you work as an employee with them for more than 6 months, they do not have no regrets firing you or letting you go irrespective that you have been professional all your time. They do not pay your salaries on 7th or 10th day of the month rather on 15th due to their extreme rigid policies which they keep on changing every 6 months. If you outsmart them, you are fired. People around, just saw there are bad reviews about the company, which itself says that people come and get experience then they post bad reviews about the same company. Which is not good at least have some shame you are getting paid by some of the organization and you are posting bad about that one. Not happening guys

Nothing,more than 25 employees resigned in just few months because of their behavior,No fixed policies , The policies change according to their moods, they don't respect their employees

Salary comes on 15th or sometimes on 20th , 4-5 members of family are running this business without having any experience,will force to do overtime or other wise they will threaten to do double deduction ,very rude

Unfortunately there is nothing that I can put as a pro because it’s a very toxic management system and as a worker you will be disrespected, they will shout insults and abuse your kindness and your work. So even for an experience it’s not worth the 15000 rps per month

The ethics of the company and also the work environment very smelly very dirty, they need to change the sanitary conditions because it was ridiculous
