The best part about this company is their business idea.

The main problem is the management. The management including the owners have trust issues. This is the case they are not able to retain more suitable employees for the company. If you work as an employee with them for more than 6 months, they do not have no regrets firing you or letting you go irrespective that you have been professional all your time. They do not pay your salaries on 7th or 10th day of the month rather on 15th due to their extreme rigid policies which they keep on changing every 6 months. If you outsmart them, you are fired. The HR keep on changing due to the outburst from fickle minded management. I do not think that 20,000/- a month is more superior to your mental peace....Read More
