Lot's of unskilled manager. Working culture is headache type. One of the worst team in jumps is process engineering and R&D which do not know what to work.

The work is very interesting, we work on high level electrical products that are exported which is fulfiling. The employee culture is friendly and encourages you to ask for help from your teammates and managers. The HR focuses on skill development as well.

Dislikes

The company recently went from a 6 day workweek to a 5.5 day workweek which is good, but we could be better and go to a 5 day workweek.
