Even for Top management, When they are dedicated to their sectors & Their teams But No Option to any Unique progressive managers to grow and execute their plans....??...

NO JOB Securities ...Top High , management always on a Changing mode.. Always repeatedly change accordingly No Fixed working strategic Directions at there.
