One thing I have to say is very painful.It is a very bad thing that staff with so many years of experience are given the experience letter mentioning their character is satisfactory that when they resign from the hospital as they do not have done the privilege.For example , ,when we compare the experienced staffs without doing privilege and other staff with privilege, who will save the life of critically ill patient...definitely I can say that experienced staffs only save their life..Regarding this privilege, this will do immediately after joining the hospital, not after 5 yreas.........Read More
