HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . Once HR told me other companies corporate culture is also same but I doubt it and never faced such issues outside . I do not recommend anyone to join here . If company can’t take stand on misbehaviour and wrong accusations then there is no point of working. Management does not know work ethics ....Read More

Leaders of dominos are so unprofessional... cluster manager/trainer will come for audit and they only called me n scold as if I'm the only manager in Dimapur1...we have 5 manager in Dimapur1.,..they are so unprofession.because of them I left my job..,..I love the company but I don't like the leaders...In future if the left their job or transfer then I will love to rejoin again.... thank you

JFL don't have lunch time , JFL give 11 hours work but they provide per day 8 hours salary only , the company will playing with workers mental health and physical health also this is my first MNC job but I feel like this is the worst company in handling workers
