Jubilant foodworks is one organization which has given me a lot of learnings in terms of hands on people management skills. It is one place where I made best of friends and have beautiful memories to cherries. In terms of compensations and benefits, this organization has best policies at place which lets employees seek peace while they give 100% at work however one place where there seems to be a glitch is the settlement of last dues once one leaves the organization. Also, the growth of support staff is pretty slow but the work they handle is as good as two designations above. This is the main reason for people to leave. Your team changes approach once you resign...sad but true. Salary increment and appraisals seem to be designed in a way that the targets cant be achieved, at least for the support staff.
Its a lot of work there because of the number of restaurants being very high however culture there makes work exciting and the people from operations are very welcoming and ensure to keep things going good for long.
