But I feel that the work life balance of people is not that good here..As the ground level employees here, do not get any time for their personal life Another thing is that the exit policy here needs to be improved a bit because if a person is giving 10 years to a company, then even at the time of exit Someone wants to stop her F&F by trapping him in fake cases.

HR is a puppet of the management. Senior management misbehaves a lot and nobody actually says something. Too much toxic and they expect you to be okay with the toxicity . There is nothing to be liked about this company. The senior leads have grown old and mentally are still existing in 70s era where you only suspect your juniors. They only rely on micro-management and have zero understanding of operations.
