Less remuneration received compared to work pressure. how good or whatever good we do in the market, no appreciation will be there and moreover it's a distributor and not a company so it hinders a man carrer growth by all means.After working for a long time in SM Corporation we face difficulties in being hired by other companies since they under value us.

Hectic, i used to be sales guy. Did a lot to bring up the market. Improved tata tiscon sales drastically also received award twice in 2 years time but haven't received any financial growth as such but yes i have learnt a lot from my immediate seniors.
