Company is good at making employee engagement, and salary also good.

Dislikes

Internal management, they are fighting with each other internally and that affects directly employees all those stupid fights unhealthy computations leads stress for the employees more thats is why i also quit.

Teammates we're good and very cooperative. Team Lead was veryuch knowledgeable. There was no much pressure from Team manager as well. Still it depends on the team. Proper training was not provided. Lot of importance was given for creative and innovative thinking. Salary was credited regularly only for progressive workers. You will not be credited with salary if you do not reach the targets. Overall company structure, growth and it's culture was excellent. Work-life balance was too poor in this company because of the aggressive targets which were on hourly basis. Sometimes we need to log in at 8.30 in the morning and if that day's targets were not met, then we are supposed to work till 7.30 in the evening. Career path was good. At first you will be working as He recruiter then if you achieve the targets more than the limit on a regular basis you will be promoted for a role Team Lead then to a Team manager. Everyday the encouragement and appraisal was given to those whose candidates get selected for client companies. This was the most appreciable part in this company. Dislikes

Cons : work life balance was too poor. Because of the 12 hours work and also pressure was too much for achieving the targets. Well, it again depends on team or team manager. Salary wasn't credited for those who do not achieve targets.

I was selected as an HR recruiter for Joules to Watts. My job responsibilities include, shortlisting the cvs, sourcing profiles, scheduling the interviews, onboarding, induction, background check.
