The worst company to ever work with. Makes fun of your work and skills. Fools you around with unrealistic expectations and then gives you nothing. No professionalism. The hr Gaurav is not at all clear about the terms and conditions. Says something else and happens something else. Management doesn’t acknowledge the efforts of production team, almost ignored although the key contribution is from production team only. Be it timely shoot the within tight schedule, or delivering a quality content after final edit although delay from content team to finalised, always on toes to execute highest quality on lowest budget possible we have zero personal life be it sunday or monday or any day, we have been to office on all odd timings, but at the we just seeks some acknowledge or recognition from Management end which is still. Just to settle the brand image hr will push to put a reviews in such kind of website. But this is truth. No job security as organization doesn’t have any proper structure of salary bifurcation.
