No work life balance, unrealistic targets and too much pressure by unexperienced managers. They push you unnecessarily for their own targets as well. No appreciation even if you do good, but you'll be fired if the manager can't meet their targets.

1. The founders and core team are strict but help you build seriousness for your career. Worked directly with Shobhit and Dev and the one thing they value the most is dedication for whatever you are doing. 2. The team is fun at most times so you don't feel intimidated by the thought of going to office everyday

1. Coffee machine is shit and you don't get anything apart from coffee in the cafeteria

I have worked in josh talks and my experience was not good. Although i made friends and learned many things from them.

1. Favouritism- Work culture is bad and if you are favorite person of Head, you will get promoted very soon. 2. Coffee- Bad Coffee 3. Lack Of Knowledge- Those who are on senior positions they dont know how to work, they have zero Knowledge of thumbnails and SEO. 4. They have to Improve alot to make a good organization.
