Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

One of the best place. Safe place. Highly secured area. Girls hostel is auesome. Food is good. Exposure is fair. I really miss Joseph eye hospital. Where ever I go and work. Joseph eye hospital is my home place. I was brought up there. Learnt every thing. Doctors are too good. Employees are friendly and caring. Timings r convinent. Great place to be. We can't find any other than tis.

Nothing so far. Its my home place.

Super coordinative staff. Good and friendly relationship. Learning disease condition.good salary. Working hours good. Im fully satisfied dat god gave me a chance to work in joseph eye hospital. Till i like to work in jeh. Good manager. Guiding staffs in pleasent. Always smiling.. All staff are very very good in Ariyalur.
