The company environment is very good, work balance is also too good, the company gives great importance to ours employees, that's why reason the employee has a good image in the company.

Dislikes

According to my point of view then first of all I will talk about salary, there is too much difference in salary even for the same profile, if I talk about promotion then it is very difficult to get promotion, if the company will directly hire people from outside with the Senour profile.
