The Odisha management is very bad ,they are controlling employees promotion salary increament because they want's to resign employee from their job and want's enroll his relatives like employees. Its happening with many employees and the HR department didn't interfere with this.

Appraisal and promotions are not based on the skill and work There is a lock in period of 3 years for next level promotion it doesn't matter how well you worked and doesn't matter of you are a deserving person.

Managers will try to make you responsible for every mistake, will keep threatening to lay off, will not confirm the employee. Will make you responsible for incidents prior to your joining Will micro manage everything, if your office timing is 10 to 6 they will expect you to sit atleast 7:30 otherwise you are not working Will insult you infront of your junior Will use foul languages for you
