The work pressure is very high. Sometimes it have to work12-16hours straight in a day. I have to work some time night also.

Environment is good and all teammates and colleges appreciate to each other. No job security in this company.growth is ok ok.

Dislikes

Some senior's behaviour is not good and second thing no job security here.

Work Details

This is my learning time. I learn alot from this company and improve my skills. If I tell about my work in jpm automobile Ltd. Maintain all kind of paper work of NPD and give loading to all machine according to plan and tool design.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
