When I joined after getting the job, no joining letter, offer letter or any official documents were given from the office. After I worked for 21 days they said that my content is very low quality. So I will be kept as an intern, I will not be paid for the days I have worked. After I requested I was told "a least amount you can get, let's see". Dislikes

Office environment, work culture, salary, job security. And they did not give me any documents like Offer letter or joining letter. They have a small team, and the others new employees were terminated after 1 month. They used us for content (for 1 month) and then they didn't give a single penny to us. Jiyo Bangla is irresponsible, a big cheater.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
