Salary comes on time every month no matter what. I think leave policy is also good and leaves can be availed without too many approvals as is the case with other organisations. Flexible working hours and job security for some reason.

Dislikes

No vision for career growth of employees. Promotions are rare and very difficult for some reason for example many employees haven't been promoted from last 10 years and so. Also salary discrepancy exists at highest level as no slab system for salary is being followed by the company. Very process oriented and local HR team is reluctant to override these processes even if it means to loosing some of the key employees. No employee retention policy, they will happily let you go even if you have spend a life time there and are a core member of the team. Overall company does not present a good platform for budding employees however if you are very high in the hierarchy and get a senior manager role or above, then it might be the place for you. Less stress and slow pace environment will be good for someone who wants to settle down without caring much about the work culture and learning development. I would love working at Jio for my life time but not with team as there is no increment and it’s been 3 years I have been transferred to each & every HR department but then also they are hiring employees from outside on Payroll of Jio

People who have ownership mindset are valued and grow in Jio. I am one of the example in 9 years I had 4 role change and 3 promotions. Last year I have been promoted as CEO is a testimony of growth culture in Jio.

Seniour managers are not that much of professional in nature as they are so egoistic and increment also done on the basis of favouratism only.. Management least bother on this... Even they are not allowing employees to take benefits as per the employee catagory and included in policy. Very cheap thinking by seniour managers mainly in the back office department in slp.
