Please don't waste more than 1-2 year in sunch organisation.

Having two managers is the only issue—one is a local manager who approves your attendance and leave, while the other is a functional manager to whom you report all completed work. The manager who approves your leave and attendance will force you to do sales tasks, whereas your functional manager will ensure that you complete prime tasks like installation and service requests on time.

Things I don't like here are . Salary growth is very low . Promotion increament just around 15-20% depends on your working city . As it is a totally NHQ driven organisation so sometimes thier SOP becomes challenge even for small task approval it also affects company's business but don't know why they long chain of escalation matrix for even small task & project
