The Company is open to freshers and experienced and in fact, the learning process of new technologies along with the team is good.

Dislikes

As the company is growing along with the infrastructure and new technologies, it is good for learning opportunities and the salary will grow exponentially based on the experience. You may not expect high paying at the initial level.

Work Details

Started my work here and the work experience has given me many ideas and new challenges faced in the software development. As product based company, the company holds many successful products.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
