It is a govt regional rural Bank. Most of the employees are young.

Dislikes

Senior authorities are not supportive but good thing is that they are retiring within 2-3 years from this bank

Working condition is good,staff and seniors are friendly,lot of opportunities for promotion & skill development,respect among the public. As it is central government undertaking hence there is no question for job security.
