Only South Indians are promoted in first priority.north Indians having no assurance to get good growth in jef banglore and chennai office.field engineer having so much problems there .some team leads are crazy.managers are so friendly and calm they are so good at their work. There is no privet life you have to be there for 24*7 of you are on field.so be cautious if you are electrical engineer and want to Growth career.just get experience and switch company best advice from my side...Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
